Good for short term entertainment, not that sturdy, 26 May 2015

Little Trouble, who is 19 months old, quite likes this, and the balls are too big for her to fit in her mouth, which is very useful. Trouble has liked pushing the button to hear the music play and will sometimes dance to the music. However, we've had it for a year, as it was recommended as a baby toy, and it has its problems. It fits together quite snugly but as Trouble has learnt to stand and walk she has lent on the palm tree which frequently comes off, so it seems the top attachment is not sufficiently sturdy to be pulled against. Also, the monkey needs to be pushed quite hard for the palm tree to rotate, which is hard for Little Trouble to do, except by accident. Whilst it did have great novelty value when it arrived, in fact the balls seem to provide greater entertainment than the palm tree, as these are often kicked and chased around, whilst the palm tree is only played with for a short time, now very infrequently. This has been great for my little girl. At 7 months she couldn't sit up, but loved watching me make the balls roll down. At 9 months she can sit up to watch and likes to lift to see where the ball has come out. I think she will be able to roll the balls down soon and possibly push the monkey at the top before she is a year old. Very happy.

Bought for my 1 year old son, he absolutely loves watching the balls go down and opening up the animals mouths to find it only problems really is the top falls off quite frequently and he finds it hard pressing the monkey down to spin it for the balls to drop, but overall happy with purchase
