Always swinging, 8 Dec. 2014

This is a lovely looking swing chair and does the job it says in the tin. My little one just doesn't nap and likes to stay awake all day which obviously makes him very grizzly, after around 10mins of this swinging him he manages to drift off. Also it's is easy to store away as it folds together nicely :)Negatives are that 1. Is doesn't have a break on it that I know of, so when you try and put little one in the chair it sometimes swings all over the place2. The clicker is loud to change the speed and sometimes disturbs him3. The toy bar has be taken off when removing or placing baby in the chair. Which is a pain as it's hard to put on in the first place!4. No music. For £40 you would expect some little tunes

Recieved this as a gift for our twins and has been so useful. Babies are now over 6 months but cannot sit unaided and are still under 8kg so we can still use it. You need to press the buttons in either side of the chair to change the recline position. The seat cover is removable and easy to clean and the over shoulder fastening can be fixed in different positions as necessary.It's not always easy to lift your baby in and out, but the hanging bar with toys is removable and I usually lift them out from the back. It has several different speeds but I have only ever used speeds 1 or 2. Can be useful for soothing baby but not recommended for long durations of sitting.Not a replacement for letting babies self soothe as otherwise they may associate the movement with sleep and be harder to settle.

Absolutely fab swing if your looking for something that doesn't take up too much space it folds up nicely and tucks away. Its really light. My son is just starting to out grow this now at 9 months. Batteries are still going strong even with daily use. Cover is washable and easy to take on and off. I brought this on offer so its really good value. Really happy with it compared to my larger bulky swing.
