A Cot essential, 19 Mar. 2014

As my little boy has got older, he has discovered the bars of his cot and loves to lie back and kick them. This obviously was cause for concern so after a chat to a friend, she introduced me to Bumpsters, I am so pleased with them! They came in 4 different colours Blue, Pink, Stone and Tutti Frutti, (colours blue, green, orange and red) all are reversible. One side is stripped and the other is spotted. Each bumpster is approximately 36cm long and 21cm wide. My cot bars are 4cm wide, a bumpster covers 2 bars comfortably with a overlap which is secure using the Velcro fastenings. Any bar larger than 4cm will would require one bumpster per bar. They offer great piece of mind if you child is a active sleeper, as they will not bump or bang themselves on the bar.

The quality is excellent and the bumpsters are importantly lovely and padded. It is worth mentioning that older children will be able to undo the Velcro with a strong tug but that is a long way off with my son, not that...

Just the job!, 10 Nov. 2013

Bought as our little one started to roll around in his cot to stop him bumping his head against the bars, these do a much better job than the traditional cot bumpers. Using velcro to fasten around 2 or 3 cot bars, they ensure that all the hard surfaces are padded while still allowing air to flow through the sides of the cost and out little one to see the outside world. Great for peek-a-boo games too, they slide up and down the rails. They come in nice colours and the reversible spots/stripes pattern is a good idea. With only 10 in a pack, we found we needed two packs to cover all of the rails and ended up with a few left over. The left-overs came in handy though, we put another layer above the first as out little one started to stand up against the side of his cot, providing protection all the way to the rails.A great idea, well executed. Highly recommended

Just what I was looking for, 12 Feb. 2013

I bought these because my daughter keeps hitting the bars of her crib with her hands and it wakes her up. Now when she stretches out her goreous little arms she hits these soft pads that still allow for airflow. She loves the bright colours and I often find her just laughing away at the dots. I don't know why they make her so happy but they really do. Great product!
