Great For Hand Repair, 14 Nov. 2010

This is a fantastic product. This is something that actually works. I do a lot of gardening and my hands get ingrained and sore, especially in the winter. Over several years, I have tried many products, many are too oily, don't absorb or even if they do as soon as my hands get wet they just go greasy again. Being an all natural product it absorbs quickly and soothingly, and it really feels as though it works properly with my ski. After just a month or two not only have my perennially sore hands repaired, even the ingrained dirt has gone. A tenner may seem quite a lot for this product, but I use it generously and one tube has lasted me a year. I don't agree with Emma - I love the natural, resinousy smell of this product, OK I'm a bloke and perhaps this is a bit more of a bloke's smell (my daughter disagrees, she loves it too), but mmmmmm, it's just gorgeous as far as I am concerned.

This hand cream has a lovely herbal smell, I can understand others not liking the smell, but if you are used to natural herbal smells you will like it. It cured itching and dryness from gardening, cold and wet in the winter and summer alike, I have had a tube by the bed for a year now, you only need a little, I used it for four nights when my hands were bad and they were transformed. I alternate it with hand salve depending if my hands are scratched from gardening or just really dry.No nasty chemicals and a resonable price - highly recommend.

Honestly this is the best hand treatment I've ever used. It's very rich and oily, goes a long way, and is the only handcream which will help my dry and splitting cuticles. I would heartily recommend all Burt Bees products.
