Brilliant carrier, have been after something like this for a while. The suspension makes all the difference on long walks over Dartmoor and our daughter seems to love being in it. There is pleanty of space for coats, drinks, maps and lunch too. The hight adjustment system is good and easy to use.

I spent nearly £200 on a Bush Baby when my first son was born -- it was supposed to be one of the best and we decided to make an investment. Then over the few years we used it, the main carrying handle that you use to lift it with child onto your back started to come away from the bag at the seam to which it was joined. This was with normal use with children under 3 years old and was clearly a minor manufacturing fault with the carrier. After several years it became so weak that it wasn't possible to use the handle safely so we stopped using it and I contacted Bush Baby for help, clearly stating that I had had the carrier for "many years". I was asked to send a photograph of the fault and proof of purchase after which I got a most unhelpful email advising me that it was outside of warranty. When pressed Bush Baby gave me the number for Lancashire Sports Repairs (LSR) and told me that they were "sure to be able to help".
