Really really really easy to use ! I am new to the world of baby wearing and really didn't know what type of sling was best for me ... But after a bit of research I decided to go with this one after I saw it on the NCT website and it's great especially if you've got arm weakness like me.

Nice sling, seems complicated to use at first but is getting better. Lot's of thick fabric a little concerned about me & my baby getting too hot in the warm weather
