I bought these after being diagnosed as having Raynauds Phenomenon (poor blood supply to extremities especially when it is cold) whilst breast feeding. I was in a lot of pain and all set to give up feeding my son myself when I came across these. I noticed a massive difference almost instantly and within a few days the pain had gone! I cannot rave about these enough, I would definitely recommend them to others.

I bought these breastpads when still pregnant as I was planning to breastfeed. I think it's a must have. The silk surface feels nice, the woollen side is thick enough to absorb leaks and keeps me warm too. (It only happened a couple of times at night that my milk leaked through them.)Another thing I like about them is that they don't scrunch up like the cotton disposable ones.Have to be handwashed, but I don't mind that. I found that two pairs are enough.

These are very comfortable to wear, do not slip etc and are the only pads that allow my nipple to breath preventing them from feeling damp and sore, they were even ok in hot weather- better than disposible ones and definitely better than plastic backed re washable bamboo ones. Expensive but worth it.
