Better than I thought it would be!, 11 July 2010

Looking at the picture of the product I didn't think it would give much support, but looking at the others on the market, this one looked the most normal! It has a surprising amount of support. I'd been in hospital for 5 days due to a muscle being stretched by the baby, I could barely walk/move as it was so painful. I bought this support band and I have to say my recovery happened very quickly after. I wore it day and night for the first few days and it helped so much! I wear it intermitenly now but I do find it helps carry the 'load' for me!Would I recommend...? Definitly! I'm normally a size 12-14, so having read the other reviews bought a 14-16, this was a good idea, as I think the smaller one would have been too tight. Afterall it is a support band, so it is a bit tight.Definitely worth £11 :0)

Bump support, 5 Feb. 2009

This is one of very few supports for the whole bump. I bought this to replace the huge piece of tubigrip my physio gave me. It's comfortable, stays in place and doesn't cause overheating. Unfortunately the depth of the support at the back isn't enough for the support I need on 'bad' days, and I'm only 5' 4", so the tubigrip is still in use!
