These have made all the difference to my breastfeeding. Keep me warm which has fended off mastitis. Also felt like I was getting thrush with disposable and even bamboo breastpads but after using these all signs have gone. Not 100% leakproof so put bamboo breastpads behind to absorb excess. Also my cracked nipples healed within two says of wearing these. Just use raw coconut oil or lanolin for cream. Wash pads in wool wash in lukewarm water in sink, rinse, dry in towel and hang up to dry. Air pads in between wearing and wash when become crunchy. Apparently can sterilise them by cooking in microwave for 2 mins when wet.
