I bought this because I'd run out of my usual Edwin jagger stuff, and to be honest I'm impressed it does what it claims to do, and doesn't leave you wandering around all day in a cloud of perfumed nastiness, infact the smell is a fairly blokey one and very subtle.So far as the aftershave properties are concerned I have nothing bad to say just that quite simply it works I shave either with a traditional straight razor or a safety razor (none of this new dangled over priced multi bladed hype for me, Thank you very much) because I find I get better results and it's about 10 times cheaper once you've bought the hardware, using this stuff and the stuff it replaced I've suffered no skin irritation, or ill effects.Good quality, does what it should, highly recommended
