great product but what a shame about the pricing, 3 May 2011
this is an amazing product, it is one of the first products ever to repair a skin barrier and though you might have to keep on using it, it has relieved our babys eczema a lot after going trough a lot of products. Our US dermatologist suggested using this. however, it is untill now not available in the UK and this price is outrageous. The product costs around 11 USD in the states ( check amazon.com who wont ship it to the UK) so you can do the maths. the postage seems reasonable as it is half a kilo that is being shipped overseas but really, with some research you can buy these a lot cheaper.... it feels bad to pay 33GBP for a 9gbp priced cream no matter how good it is, no?

Superb, as long as it's not an expired product, 18 Aug. 2014
Excellent product for eczema, dry skin etc. But there is a major problem with amazon shipping them. Under EU directives 2003/15/EC all these products must have a "best used before date". These american products don't have that stipulation under FDA rules for over the counter cosmetic items. You have no idea if the product is expired, when you need to have used the cream, how long it will last, or what it has degraded to in the case old creams. I've bought Cerave Cream from amazon before, and it's been lumpy, thick and dehydrated and not suitable as a moisturiser. Only when I rang the manufacturer and checked the product code did they say the specific batch was made many years ago, and under no way to use it. It is a pity because the product itself is actually excellent, assuming you have bought a product that is not expired.

Great cream, well tolerated and cheap!, 13 April 2015

Finally for sale on Amazon at a reasonable price. I used to buy it from eBay from a seller in the USA but it's too expensive on there now and last time I was stung with import charges when the seller said they would state it as gift, and they didn't. Now I can buy it from Amazon with no worries and at a cheaper price!

The cream is great and keeps my sensitive skin at bay.Granted, it's not as super moisturising as stuff like Zerocream, Aqueous Cream or other thick oily ezcema creams, but it is light enough to not look like it lies on top and also contains hyaluronic acid (to keep moisture locked in) and ceramides (which inhibits destruction of the skin's elastase to keep it looking young) and you can't get that in creams this cheap elsewhere.

It won't work for everyone but is a very well tolerated cream for people with skin issues - although it does have alcohol and sulphates (I think) so some of you over conscious paleo/vegan/hypocrites/all other obsessive...
