Personally I love this product. It's the only aspirator that allows you (via sucking on the end) to control the amount of suction. This allows you to tailor it to the situation and the infant in question. I've tried others both manual and electronic and this is the best by far

Very hygienic, easy to use and clean. Whenever the LO is having a bad time breathing at night it is a life saver. Piece of warning: do not attempt to sterilise as it melts... But there are plenty of refills and you can get extra ones too.

Unfortunately, it didnt work for us. The nose stayed blocked and only minimum amount of snot came out. Ill rate it 3 stars because it came in a good - sterile condition with spares.
