As far as I'm concerned - you get what you pay for. This is a lovely little outfit, material not brilliant but then when you spend under a tenner for the entire outfit - what do you expect? Material is thin so perfect for a warm summer. Trousers are a chocolate brown, they look a little lighter in the picture. Finish isn't the best hence the rating. But again, good outfit for the price.
