We've recently put a bunk bed in our eldest sons bedroom, which has put the top within reach of a small window. Out of concern that our youngest might climb up the bunk bed and try and climb out the small window we wanted to install something to prevent the window from opening too far, whilst still having the ability to open it wider if we wanted to.
These child safety locks come in a pack of 6 with spare adhesive pads. To instal it's simply a case of unpeel the film from the adhesive pads at each end and then stick both ends down. The flexible strap length can easily be varied by releasing a catch on one of the ends. We've set ours to the longest so the window can open enough for air flow whilst still not being wide enough for anyone to climb out.
What we particularly like about these is that at the opposite to the adjustment catch there is a quick release buckle that allows you to release the strap allowing you to open a window or cupboard completely without...

Nice and simple to fit, easy to release and thwarts the many attempts of my one year old daughter to open the draw much to her annoyance.
Arrived in a simple package containing six so following the instructions it was easy to fit one to the kitchen draw first as it’s the favourite one for my daughter to open, the release catch works well and after letting my daughter loose it wasn’t long before she was tugging on the draw trying to open it without success much to her irritation. I have now fitted another two to kitchen cupboards and plan to fit one more to the fridge and the others on her bedroom draws.

These locks are perfect for keeping my little 15 month old monkey out of cupboards and drawers that she should not be opening.
They came in very simple packaging, The instructions were clear, easy and understandable to read. These were also very easy to put up.
They feel strong (ive pulled on the doors with them in place and these havent come off). Love the adjustable lengths, My other locks only came with one length whihc was a taddy bit annoying when I wanted to put one on the knife drawer.
Now I would say these wouldnt be that great for the people who have trouble using their hands at a guess, as I had to apply a little pressure using my thumb to unlock it (you slide the little bit out and it unclips on the back). But very very easy to just click back on to lock the drawer.
These did come with 3 extra sticker pads for if you need to redo or move so this was very good.
