These are very good once you work out how to use them, as there are no instructions included! I had to watch a youtube video of a rival product to find out how to fix them.So for others info, take the product apart. There is a spindle section and a cover. Thread your blind cord through the middle of the spindle. I attached about half way down the cord. Reattach the cover. Now wind the cover section, holding the spindle firm. The winder will wind up the cord both above and below the winder.I used these on both cord and beaded cord full length windows, and they take the cords right out of reach. They are a bit flimsy, and I would imagine they will tend to fall apart when you unwind them, but I am using them on blinds I do not use much and these are a great solution, particularly as on some of the windows you cannot attach a cleat.Recommended but please include instructions!

Don't work with roller blinds, 31 Oct. 2014

I bought these to use on roller blinds as the description says they don't interfere with the workings of the blind. They do interfere as they just get pulled round with the chain so the blind can't be used unless you remove the clips first. Would be ok on the draw-cords for Venetian blinds, but it looks better if you just shorten those then have white plastic discs.

Great job lifts cords well up. To get them above kid level does mean you have stand on sofa or something to reach them in our house and you can't open them fully without opening it up, we rarely do anyway. Can close them over easily. Nice and tidy and avoids drilling wall. Worth a fiver for peace of mind and potentially saves a kids life don't think about it just get them
