Great product, soft cotton, doesn't feel like you're sleeping on waterproof material. Only thing is it's a bit tight and the material only *just* fits round the new Sealy mattress it was bought for.

Does the job brilliantly, 20 Jun. 2014

I bought two of these from Amazon. They are a little pricier than others but it was money well spent. There was none of the crackling noise you get from the plastic-y sheets. I lay on top of it myself and quickly forgot it was there!

My son wet the bed twice and absolutely none of it got onto the mattress. My wife was really impressed(!).

My only gripe (and why it doesn't get 5 stars) is that it is slightly too small for the mattresses. This seems to be a problem with all mattress protectors I've bought regardless of price or whether you are dealing with king size or single beds. They all seem to be made about an inch too small (mainly lenthways). I really struggle to get it to fit securely over the mattress and once on, you can see that it is not right and it will after a few days pop off the edges. Furthemore, the edges are a very thin tissuey-type material which feels like it is going to rip (and I have no doubt it will do soon) as you struggle to get it onto...

Soft and comfy but too small for a standard depth mattress, 6 Jun. 2013

I bought this for my son as I didn't want anything to plastic-y or noisy on his bed and it seems comfy and quiet, so works well in that respect. Unfortunately it's just too small to fit a standard size mattress (8inches deep) - the depth of the sides is a couple of inches too short all around so that it won't stay put at all. It's impossible to add a sheet on top without the mattress cover sliding off at least one of the sides. You end up with a load of wrinkles under the sheet that can't be removed without taking the sheet off again, but then as soon as you put the sheet back on you're back to square 1. Such a shame as it seems good in other respects, but I won't be buying another one of these.
