Good, but have you considered....?, 5 Nov. 2010

This is an excellent product, and we actually used it to lock a larder cupboard, and it worked superbly. Unfortunately, it recently snapped (after 18 months, so not too bad)If you are experiencing any problems with this item as a fridge lock, may I suggest using one of the Clippasafe toilet locks instead.We have one on each of the fridge, freezer and dishwasher (as well as on the loo), and it works superbly.I waw one comment that if you have a curved door on your fridge, the fridge lock doesn't work as well, and this negates that problem superblyJust a thought....

Curved fridge door?, don't get this then, 28 Jan. 2010

If there is a right angle between the side and the door of your fridge then this is a great unit and would be solid, however the front of my fridge has a slight curve to it making this clip useless as would never face up when closing the door

hi the fridge lock was 1.99 pp free so in that sense it was a good deal fitted it to the fridge ok it did keep the kids and me out for 3 days when it snapped it was made of plastic so i was not surprised it snapped.
