Having accidentally melted my last steriliser by cooking for 30 mins! INSTEAD OF 3(found after 10) also not Tommee Tippee brand.. I bought this one and was amazed at the ease and simple design. You basically have an inner cage which you place the bottle then teat top and then place in the outer section. You add 80/90ml of water or something like that.. and pop on the lid and go. Fab price and great item. I would say tho to be very careful with the lid if you are in a hurry to get the top off. Use the steam release and leave it if you can, if you have a hungry baby, use a tea towel to protect your hands when loosening to prevent steam attack! Oh and mine even came with a brand new bpa free bottle! BRILLIANT! Love love love it.
