Poorly packed. Opened when arrived and I think should have been included with rollers. I felt these items were expensive and the maker of the pod are greedy,,,,,,,, and should have been included with pod!!!!

Just too big! Can believe anyone who manufactured this actually used it because it is useless. Size 2 is too long and too big and keeps nothing in place. Don't buy size 2, buy smaller.

These clips are no good for me. They are too flimsy for the weight of the rollers so the rollers drag the hair down from the roots, thereby defeating the object which is to gain root lift. The 'O' rollers are a very good product in themselves but I am only able to use them effectively by using the clips from an old-style heated roller set.
