HIGHLY LIKELY FIRE HAZARD, 30 Dec. 2015

CAUTION - THE ITEM I RECEIVED WAS FAULTY. The battery holder and cover of this item melted and became distorted soon after the batteries were put in. It was so bad the middle battery actually melted into the remains of the plastic holder and had to be prised out. There was no other heat source that could have caused this. Sadly there is no 0 rating.
