Missing rubber bung, 8 Aug. 2012
Product would be excellent if a support leg on one side had a missing rubber bung on the top of it into which the chair frame fits. Without it one chromeleg slides off the other bending the whole frame and the product is is useless. Unfortunately for me I left it 6 weeks before opening the package and there is no way of contacting the seller.

What a disappointment!, 2 Oct. 2012
What a dreadful product. Ordered for my daughter but the first one delivered was damaged on the seat cover and poor quality so we returned it and requested a replacement. The replacement was even worse. On opening the parcel several screws fell out, the seat pad was still damaged and one of the rubber stoppers was missing. Terrible quality - do not buy!

This item is of appalling quality, the screws (all six) dropped to the floor on opening chair up, whether the customer is supposed to assemble the seat of the chair to the frame I don't know! The chrome back support was very scratched, I would not advise anyone to buy this chair, look for a better quality one, like I should have done!!!!
