Pros: The cushion is fine and my baby daughter didn't seem to notice any transition from not having a pillow to having this one. Also the shape looks good for preventing a flat head.Cons: I expected the quality of the material to be much better. It feels a bit like a cheap towel. But it wouldn't be uncomfortable to lie on, and given the price I guess this is fair enough.
