The most gob-smacking purchase I have ever made. My average sized 11 month old quite simply does not fit in this high chair.Having contacted Cosatto I was told "The width of the restraint bar was changed during production to abide by the safety standards set and to make sure that your child cannot slip through the bottom.". And by slip through, I think they mean fit through. I am now fighting with them to get a refund.The picture attached is when I brute force pushed her in, resulting in tears and very squished legs. The opening is simply far too narrow and shallow to fit through. Even trying to get her out was painful for her. I tried moving the seat down a level, but she was far too low at that level (her chin was hitting her bowl), additionally the crotch strap is only designed to fit when the seat is at the highest level.The high chair is lovely - it ticks every box. If my daughter fit in it, that is.

Like the chair - Dissappointed due to Missing part, 27 April 2016

Once the chair was assembled I spotted that the crotch strap was missing. I can not see where to contact amazon to request this part to be posted to me.Otherwise I am happy with the chair. I hope that I get a response through this.
