Say bye bye to stuffy noses!, 3 Dec. 2014

My daughter is 3 but still can't blow her nose. I was at my wits end with this never ending cold she's had. She couldn't sleep, she was so blocked up in her nose.

After looking around I came across this. I had a similar one when she was a baby but lost it during a move from Cyprus back to the UK. I ordered it yesterday and it arrived this morning.

The pieces that are inserted into the nose are made of a rubber type material, very flexible and soft-not like the one I previously had which was hard plastic- so they are very easy on little nostrils.

Soon as I sucked on the mouth piece (again a rubber type material) loads of mucus came out and was held in a little compartment which is easily opened to clean out by removing the tips. Not much effort is needed to get the mucus/snot out at all. It helps to move the nose bit around to get a more effective clean of the nose.

As for my daughter's reaction to me using this, I showed her the product...

I had nosefrida already but it broke first use, the chamber on the 'straw' broke. Now my boy is stronger/bigger I needed something sturdy plus my boy had a horrid horrid coldPro:Works a charm, essential for a parent GET ONE BEFORE YOU NEED ITsilicone nose so softer than nosefridaDon't need filtersRubbery so harder to breakConsThe snot goes up the sucker tube, nosefrida doesn't.
