  • SIZING GUIDE - Please measure your post-natal waist circumference: X-Small 60-70 cm; Small 70-80 cm; Medium 80-90 cm; Large 90-100 cm; X-Large 100-110 cm; XX-Large 110-120 cm (Hold your tummy in while measuring).
  • HOW DOES IT WORK? Firm high back panel is reinforced with additional vertical inserts ensuring comfort for the lumbar area. It covers the area from the pubis to the lower rib, and features a two-level front Velcro closure. This ensures even targeted support over the abdomen and as your tummy gets back into shape with this belt the level of compression in the upper and lower abdomen can be adjusted accordingly. Made of strong breathable elastic material, 27 cm high.

The item is excellent quality and it has 2 parts that stick seperately that provides better support for different areas of the body as we are all different shapes and sizes on dfferent parts of the belly.

Thus my lower belly is larger after my baby and the straps need to be looser whilst my upper belly is much smaller and the strap at the top can be tighter. I've worn it a few times now over the past 2 weeks following the birth of my baby and have found when I take it off that my skin feels that it's become a bit tighter to the tummy muscle again. I'm also able to button my pre-pregnancy jeans again which is great. it looks good under clothes and gives a smooth finish. Great support to the back as well which I needed after the birth of my baby.

It does press on your lower tummy so you can feel discomfort to your uterus that is being squeezed so I've found for the time being I'm unable to wear it all day long until it's back to it's normal size I think...

It's great!!! I was affraid buying this cause there is just so many things that are supposed to help you with getting back to shape but after 3 weeks of wearing this I've realized that I moved far from the outside egde of the velcro piece. And it really gives support to your back. I've seen the difference changing my baby while bent down with the belt on and without.

i do not like this product as it did not do much for me. the title states its a post partum belt but reading the package its says its for orthopedic support... this belt does not seve the purpose for me
