  • SIZING GUIDE - Please measure your post-natal waist circumference: X-Small 60-70 cm; Small 70-80 cm; Medium 80-90 cm; Large 90-100 cm; X-Large 100-110 cm; XX-Large 110-120 cm (Hold your tummy in while measuring).
  • HOW DOES IT WORK? Firm high back panel is reinforced with additional vertical inserts ensuring comfort for the lumbar area. It covers the area from the pubis to the lower rib, and features a two-level front Velcro closure. This ensures even targeted support over the abdomen and as your tummy gets back into shape with this belt the level of compression in the upper and lower abdomen can be adjusted accordingly. Made of strong breathable elastic material, 27 cm high.

Every woman after pregnancy needs one of them. Holds so good and makes you feel excellent when after birth your back feels like falling apart. Gives good posture and shapes up (which means it lifts your spirit when you see you have a waist again). Not 5 stars only because every time I had to sit down and breastfeed the baby I had to remove it and the velcro was making such a noise my little one was crying.

Looks like a good product but the seller needs a drop down menu to select size, 17 Dec. 2014
I ordered the large instead of the small by mistake...which arrived today...so disappointed as I have now ordered the small and need to send the large back for a refund. I take responsibility for this error, however be aware when you are purchasing to click on the correct size as it was not visible at all from my phone when I placed the order.I have given feedback to the seller that they need to change their products listing to include a drop down for size options (to prompt people to select a size). On my desktop which has a large monitor it is clear that each one has a size at the end of the product, but on my phone it easy to overlook the need to state the size and many people could assume it is one size fits all!

I bought this just recently after giving birth and feel that its doing wonders. It was well worth every penny. I find that its helping my lower back and posture as well as pulling in my tummy. Ladies don't look anywhere else, buy this item!!!
