  • SIZING GUIDE - Please measure your post-natal waist circumference: X-Small 60-70 cm; Small 70-80 cm; Medium 80-90 cm; Large 90-100 cm; X-Large 100-110 cm; XX-Large 110-120 cm (Hold your tummy in while measuring).
  • HOW DOES IT WORK? Firm high back panel is reinforced with additional vertical inserts ensuring comfort for the lumbar area. It covers the area from the pubis to the lower rib, and features a two-level front Velcro closure. This ensures even targeted support over the abdomen and as your tummy gets back into shape with this belt the level of compression in the upper and lower abdomen can be adjusted accordingly. Made of strong breathable elastic material, 27 cm high.

Really good for after pregnancy, 8 Mar. 2013

Ive waited to write a review for this product as I wanted to use it first and I am now 6 weeks post delivery and have been using this support belt since first week after emergency c-section.

My delivery was not planned to be a c-section and I wasnt sure if i could use this support belt due to the c-section cut, if it would hurt wearing it etc but it has really worked good and I have felt its been a great help to me supporting both abdomen and back. Its so good that you can adjust the waist and have less pressure on the lower part of your tummy especially after c-section.

I also need to add that I was 2 weeks over and my son was 9 pounds so the belly after delivery was huge (like i was still 6 months pregnant!!) I purchased a Medium size belt as I was a curvy size 10-12. I was worried about the size but Medium has been perfect for me. My tummy now 6 weeks later has gone down and i thought that the Medium would be too big for my waist but you can actually adjust the belt...
