100% cotton - really?, 17 Sept. 2012

I bought this (despite the large price tag) as my youngest loves diggers. The design is great and I have one happy boy. However, I find it difficult to believe that it is 100% cotton - even after a couple of washes the fabric is quite stiff and feels more like polyester or a poly-cotton blend, which means I often have a sweaty boy at night. There is no label anywhere to confirm the claim on Amazon that it is 100% cotton. Also, the design is only on one side of the duvet cover - the backing is plain blue (but does at least feel more cotton-like than the printed design). All in all I don't feel this duvet cover offers value for money and the description on Amazon is misleading at best, an outright lie at worst.

Great fun and excellent colours - quality good, 13 April 2011

I really liked this which I bought for our grandson's new bedroom. Best of all our grandson loves it! I bought some of the same loose fabric sold by the metre to make accessories and and will be buying curtains to match. Amazon's service as good as ever!

Does the job intended, 16 Sept. 2012

My little boy loves construction stuff so this went great with his JCB bed. Has great colors and right size for toddler bed. Did fade a bit after its first wash but does the job. Would say it is a little expensive for what it is.
