I was looking forward to trying this Matt Clay but unfortunately I was disappointed. The scent is very nice, very mild and kind of citrus-y. The packaging is great too, with a nice retro feel. This clay gives a very nice Matt finish, so if you are not a fan of having shiny hair then this stuff is great. However! There is very little hold, and for a product that says STRONG HOLD this is frankly ridiculous! Even after using several scoops of this, my hair was flopping down within half an hour. I applied more, the same thing happened. In the end I added some Suavecito just for hold, and that did the trick, which makes this product fairly pointless. I've tried it for three days now, with the same result.If they added more wax or something to make this live up to its STRONG HOLD claim, it would be a great product. As it stands, they should be worried about the trades description act!

This is a brilliant hair product with a really strong hold. Quite pricey but worth it. Far better than other brands like vo5 for example.Quite hard to find this online apart from on Amazon.
