Not convinced it is the genuine article, 24 July 2015

I am not convinced this is the genuine article. This has taken a long time to be delivered and it has come from China! First alarm bell. Also the item is supposed to come with batteries included (as stated on the packaging) and there are no battries included. Not used it as yet (as no battries). Feel like this may be another Fake scam!

Good product but no batteries included, 6 Aug. 2015

The item does appear to me be a legit Scholl product, though there are some warning signs so I am not convinced it is brand new. This is because the lid/cover was slightly scratched, and it did not come with batteries as stated on the packet and in the instructions. However, the roller file doesn't appear to be used and the actual body of the product is in great condition. It filed well and gave me the soft results I was looking for so I am glad I bought it, especially since it was a bit risky and a good price.
