this is the most fantastic jacket. It is completely waterproof and windproof and my grandson loves it. He is 4 years old and can get it on and off himself quite easily. The hidden cuffs are a bonus, keeping his arms warm with no wind whistling up the sleeves. I bought the age 7 jacket and although it is a bit long, the sleeves are fine, because of the cuffs and the hood is adjustable, so he should get several years out of it, which should please his mum. Although it is rather expensive for a childs jacket, you get what you pay for and this is worth every penny.
