A poor product - I work in a health centre and when measuring the temperature of clearly febrile children it was reporting normal (ie <37) which was obviously incorrect (our standard braun ear thermometer was giving a reading of 39 degrees which was likely to be accurate). I think for a medical device this is too unreliable.

It easier to try & take a young Childs temperature however I never get the same reading twice, making me doubt its accuracy.
