This fits perfectly over the cot but it needs a better system to keep it taught in order to prevent the whole thing sagging should a cat walk on it. The material is very strong but let down by the 'sag'. We use ours now to keep the cats off the baby supplies as he is still too small for the cot bed.

Has definately detered my cats from going in it, however will be too difficult to tie and un-tie on those nightly feeds etc. Too big for a cot but still does the job. Very good item for when the cot is not in use and this is when my cats will most likely decide to make it thier sleeping ground.
