I bought this to replace a smaller curved mirror that we bought from Mothercare. Although that mirror was good, it was very small and could only be used to view one side of the rear seat (and that not very clearly either).

The Diono mirror however, is very large and potentially can view the whole of the back seat of your car.

Sadly, my wife has a 2005 Renault Scenic and in this car it is a little difficult to use just a single mirror to see both children in the back of the car. I think this may be due to a number of factors, that include (but are not limited to) the huge size of the front wind screen, the positioning of the rear view mirror in the car and the shape of our car.

The spring mechanism is strong and sturdy. The mirror is well made to a very high standard. When we change cars, I will definitely give this mirror a go.

Unfortunately the one I received had some marks on it and suggested it had previously been used. Luckily Amazon...

Great little mirror, 23 Nov. 2013

This attaches on it the rear view mirror very easily and doesn't affect me moving it. Great to be able to see little one properly and he can see me too!Takes a bit of getting used to as it seems to have higher magnification than normal mirror.I recommend attaching it to the rear view mirror at the side furthest away from you.

Installed product as per instructions, tried to adjust the bracket as per instructions and it snapped clean off. Would not recommend this product at all.
