Ideal First Bed, 8 Mar. 2014

The finish on this bed was perfect and it was obviously packaged with great care. It assembles very easily but the only down side I feel is the small supporting legs at the mid point on both sides. I actually used longer screws than those supplied since the small ones didn't grip very well and then by moving the bed into position, these legs came off again. However for the price its a great wee bed and my son loves it.

Very nice compact bed, 28 Dec. 2013

We bought this bed for our two year old as he was moving out of his cot. He took to it immediately as he's a big Lightning McQueen fan.

It's a toddler bed - takes a cot/bed mattress - which suited us as our son is in a small bedroom.

The bedside table is perfect for holding his water cup and putting a monitor or night light on and the under bed storage boxes included are also very handy, for storing spare bedding (but they're a bit flimsy, so nothing heavy). The design is good - no fear of him falling out past the raised rail (and he moves a lot in his sleep) but he can get out of it just fine himself when he wakes up.

I found it very easy to put together myself although the two side supports do not screw well to the frame - on both sides the screws ended up threading the MDF. It's pretty sturdy MDF I think, although I'm careful not to put any of my own weight on it for fear of breaking a slat. I'll sit on the edge, but that's about it

All...

love it, 16 Jun. 2014

bought this bed into our new house for my 2,5yr old son..he is Cars mad and he loved it. Easy to assemble. But as other review mentioned the support legs in the middle do certainly need longer screws so have some handy. This still makes it 5 star product
