no problems with this, my baby likes having it and helps keep him on his back at night. i have seen others say its small etc but how big do you need a pillow designed to prevent flathead? as long as the back of their head fits in the little indent thats all you need.. good for the price my only irritant is that it took so long to arrive after ordering although it was within the dates given

It's awful!! Don't buy it, it's a suffocation hazard for the baby. mine came with a whole and badly stitched, the colour is not the same as in the photo and It releases all the fluf from inside through the fabric...it can go to mouth and nose and suffocate. And it's very very little pillow.
