Needed to try to shut the light out to help my middlest sleep as he really struggles with it. These are definitely helping, but we still have a long way to go.They're not quite like the curtains in the picture, but they're easy to install and cokld be easily adjusted to suit your needs.

Very thin material and some of the hoops at the top of the curtain had fell out when I unpacked it. But still does the job my son loves it and has slept grest since I put it up.
