Words cannot express how miraculous this eyeliner was. I have oily eyelids that means that even with a pencil eyeliner or with a liquid eyeliner that is fully dry, the line will smudge onto my browbone, creating a highly unsightly reflected line look. I have invested in lots of eyeliners over the years, even in expensive eyeshadow primer which was slightly helpful in preventing this but I had given up on finding an eyeliner that would prevent this entirely.
