So wonderful. Little one was starting to get bored during feeds on level 3 so bought these and he's now having a whole bottle without getting bored and is easier to burp. Started using them at about 7 months.

The teats are just as good as any other. However, for our 12 month old they are just too fast and leave her in pain afterwards. Even with stopping and moving the bottle away from her during feeding. So we've moved back to level 3. However, most babies would probably be fine with it.

Perfect for thick formula ie 2 sachets of Gaviscon in Comfort milk, 19 Aug. 2015

My baby suffers from reflux and has Gaviscon in her milk. I had her on the comfort milk and 1 sachet of Gaviscon from an early age and this had been keeping her happy until 4 months when she had a growth spurt. The symptoms returned with a vengeance and the doctor advised to double the Gaviscon dose. As you can imagine, this made her formula super thick and the level 3 teat she had been on wasn't big enough. So rather than go for the Y Cut teat as she was still so young, we opted for the level 4 teat and it has been perfect for her. Not too fast but enough to get the formula through. They've been a God send. Happy baby Happy Mummy
