The item received contained 50% polyester and was not 100% cotton like stated on the product description, 31 Dec. 2014

I had to order this item twice as both times I received a different pillow case than the one advertised. The item received contained 50% polyester and was not 100% cotton like stated on the product description, which in my opinion is a rip off for a 15 pound product. Also not ideal for the intended use as a nursing pillow. Hope that helps.
