The neck pillow is ok fits babys neck ok a but tight so won't last too long but it helps babys neck when he's asleep in the car.I wouldn't buy it again but for the price its a temporary option.

Too big to use with the car seat. Doesn't stop baby's head to drop down onto the chest. Very disappointed!
