I had one of these 30 years ago for my own children. You put the right amount of medicine in and little fingers can hold it and give themselves the medicine at their own pace. Makes it so much easier than trying to get an ordinary medicine spoon in little mouths. Also they feel they are quite clever to have done it by themselves. Have bought this for my new grand daughter. Too young yet but its ready for when needed. Just a note. I remember when using Calpol. Its a bit thick and I found it easier to rinse the spoon out in water first so the Calpol slides out easily and doesn't get stuck to the sides.

Easy to use, steady delivery of medicine, 27 Mar. 2015

My baby has always hated a syringe of medicine, he would go hysterical when we tried to use it, but he loves this spoon. Maybe it's because he can tip the medicine in his mouth at his own speed. Not sure, but I wish I'd have bought one months ago, it would have saved lots of stress and upset all-round.

I paid £2.74 for this has a little stopper as you pour the medicine in the handle sort of works like a mini bottle and much cheaper than some other sellers would recommend
