As described however it does not work well with high backed booster as it falls down too low and gets in the way all the time. Im not using mine for this reason. I will say however if you want to use it just with a normal seatbelt and carnit would work well, its soft and comfy

The padding is only on one side (the side facing out in the photos) which means the kids in the pictures are leaning on the non padded side - not that comfy. They are reasonably well made and the velco is strong, but one thing I didn't appreciate is that with one of these on the seat belt, the belt gets tangled up which makes it difficult getting the seat belt on and off. Taking these on and off is also fiddly, so they have already been relegated to the floor after a single trip in our car.A plain old pillow is a more comfy / easier to use / nicer looking solution to the same problem.
