As a small family of 3, soon to be four in early September, there are times when our youngest now at 19 months had to be left alone momentarily whilst household chores needed to be done. We purchased a brand named monitor from birth to allow us to do exactly that, unfortunately, It genuinely wasn't up to much in terms of image clarity to the quality that we where expecting especially for the price we paid. Of course it was satisfactory, although didn't offer the two way communication feature that we would find furthermore beneficial this time around having another. Which lead me to this product that offers this needed feature to use with both our children.
Whilst using this Baby Monitor with our youngest primarily in the evenings, I have come across both its positive/negative points from my own user experience. These are entirely my own I'm not staying you may have the same experience as this is completely individual to ones own opinion.

Absolutely brilliant bit of kit.
The handset and monitoring camera are made from tough white plastic and have alot of great features.
The parent unit has a colour LCD screen, durable plastic buttons, and a built-in flip stand at the back to prop it upright.
The baby unit has very high level of positioning and adjustability with its swivel stand and two mounting screw holes on the underside of its base for hooking onto wall screws.
The baby unit also has an external temperature sensor.
It was very simple and quick to get the wireless monitoring camera up and running by simply plugging in one of the 2 power adapters to the baby camera.
The baby unit needs to be plugged in permanently for power but the parent unit handset only needs to be plugged in for...

This baby monitor is wireless which is great when you are in a different room or different floor to your baby and would like to be updated with the sound and vision of the other room. It works straight out of the box, as you would just need to charge the device and the camera would connect and you would just need to adjust this to the right angle so it shows straight away.
There is a great colour LCD TFT display which is 2.4inch and this shows enough depth and quality required to know what is going on in the other room, although the quality is not the best like the IP cameras for full HD but the usefulness of this would be the devices is there already and not situated with your mobile device and need the wireless connection to view it as the device and the camera are connected directly already.
