I have had a severe allergy to nail glue for over ten years which leaves me with nasty blisters on my hands, a rash on my body and swollen eyes, probably due to sensitisation. I also have a reaction to some nail polishes. However my nails are also very thin and soft and I have struggled to grow them. It really is no fun. I decided to try these adhesive tabs with some press on nails and they are very good. Some of the tabs are a little long for my nail so I had to trim them. Apart from that they took around 10 minutes to put on. I wiped my nails down with an anti bacterial/fungal medical alcohol wipe and lightly roughened the surface of the nail with a fine file then used a nice short French manicure style tip. The nails have adhered very strongly. This methods is excellent for me because of my allergy I have found a way I can have pretty nails again safely and at a fraction of the cost. I also work in a hospital and these nails are great because I can take them off quickly by myself...
