Great carrier! We had a BabyBjörn carrier before, but even though it was the model with better back support, our backs and shoulders would hurt after carrying our baby for ten minutes. Not so with the Ergo carrier. The hip support works very well and we can use it for longer periods of time without pain. I can't compare with the other ergonomic carriers out there, but it has worked very well for us.The only catch is that it's considerably more complicated to put this one on by yourself. The BabyBjörn was much easier in this regard.

I really like my new baby carrier. Its easy to bring along although it is a bit bulky. But fantastic when my 3½ year old is tired and needs to sit in the pushchair. Then I can quite easily put my 1½ yo in the carrier on my back.

The ergo baby carrier is the best carrier I have tried (unfortunately for me, I bought 2 before this one) and it's so comfortable that I never get a sore back or get tired of carrying our little one. The weight is on your waist instead of the shoulders and I can put my daughter on lateral position, ideal for talking to her while she's looking towards front. I totally recommend it!!!!
