Disappointed- my 15 month old's feet were soaked after being out in the wet with them. Hardly waterproof!

It is just what I am looking for for ages. I been strugglering to look for a water proof boots for my 20m daughter who have a very small feet. She already start walking about, but there is no boots size smaller then 3 out there for her, plus they all are very hard like brick!And now I found this.the boots is very soft, very comfort and easy to wear. and it have a wooly type of Internet lining to keep the small feet warm. And the fasterMy daughter just love it. Although the boots still abit big for her , but with winter thick sock. It work perfectly.
