Okay but eyelashes stick to it, 7 July 2014
I bought this mascara as I needed one that was not oil based, it is ok but my top eye lashes tend to stick to it. I am going to try others on the market to see if they are any better

Bought to apply with false eyelashes. Does the job well and covers any stray glue. the lashes become stiff with the mascara but it does give them a fuller look.
