I gave 2 of these gifts to relations one of them said it was flimsey and it broked whilst attaching to the crib the another relation hasn't put theirs up yet. Is there any chance of returning these items free of charge?

This item broke after we put it up on our daughters bed for the first time. Refused to use it again. Due to it breaking where it connects to the bed. Awfully made. Music is really loud and not very settling. Not very happy with the product at all.
