Damaged, 12 Feb. 2014

I purchased this for my daughter as I liked the bright colours. Unfortunately 2 of the bags were marked. I therefore contacted Teamson as instructed in the package, but this put me in touch with their American branch. They then put me in touch with someone who deals with UK returns, who informed me it was amazon that I had to request an exchange from. I had to return the whole package, which amazon sorted for me (their customer service was very good), and a new one was delivered the next day. Unfortunately this one had a chip out of the top panel. I therefore decided to return it again and get a refund. For the amount of money it costs I would have expected better quality. Examining the bookcase which I also purchased showed chipped paint and rough edges. I returned this as well. I will not be purchasing anything further from this range.
